This Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT®) was generated using Unity Accessibility Collective's VPAT Express tool, which combines automated scanning with guided manual testing workflows.

Accuracy Depends on Manual Verification

Automated accessibility testing can detect only a subset of potential accessibility issues. Many WCAG 2.2 success criteria require human judgment and cannot be fully evaluated through automation alone. The accuracy and completeness of any VPAT generated using this tool depends entirely on:

• Thorough completion of all manual testing tasks by qualified personnel
• Honest and accurate reporting of test results
• Comprehensive review of all automated findings

Client Responsibility

The organization publishing a VPAT generated by this tool ("Client") assumes full responsibility for:

• Verifying the accuracy of all conformance claims
• Completing all required manual testing procedures
• Disclosing known accessibility barriers not detected by automated tools
• Ensuring testing personnel have appropriate accessibility expertise
• Updating the document when product changes affect accessibility

No Guarantee of Conformance

This tool is provided to assist with accessibility evaluation and documentation. Unity Accessibility Collective, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of any VPAT generated using this service. Use of this tool does not guarantee WCAG conformance or legal compliance with accessibility laws including, but not limited to, Section 508, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Scope Limitations

VPAT Express currently supports testing of publicly accessible web-based products only. Authentication-protected content, native applications, and offline functionality require additional testing methods not provided by this tool.

Unity Accessibility Collective, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our VPAT Express service, including:

• Account information (email address, organization name)
• Product and URL information you provide for testing
• Scan results and VPAT report data

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information or business data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your scan results, VPAT reports, and product information remain confidential and are accessible only to you and authorized members of your organization.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Payment Processing

Stripe Handles All Payments

All payment processing is performed by Stripe, Inc., a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider—the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNITY ACCESSIBILITY COLLECTIVE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the VPAT Express service
• Any inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent accessibility representations made using reports generated by this tool
• Any legal claims, regulatory actions, or third-party demands arising from accessibility conformance claims
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

The Client assumes all responsibility for the accuracy of accessibility conformance claims made in any published VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) generated using this service.
